The Chalet is modern, comfortable and atmospherically furnished with high-quality materials, creating a very warm and pleasant climate. On the ground floor you have a spacious living room with a lift-door fireplace and a separate dining area where you can seat up to 14 people at one table.
The open kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. From the living room you enter the adjacent sun conservatory. Ideal for relaxing and equipped with a desk area. On the ground floor is the first, tastefully furnished bedroom.

From the conservatory and living room you have access to the beautiful terrace of your very spacious private garden.
The garden is completely lockable for small children and has 3 terraces with furniture and offers a wonderful view of the mountain peaks so everyone can choose peace, sun or shade as needed.

Winter activities in the immediate vicinity of Piesendorf
Zell am See - Kaprun is a ski area for both beginners and advanced skiers and consists of more than 140 kilometers of slopes up to over 3000 m altitude.
Due to the glacier present, the area is particularly snow-sure. On the Kitzsteinhorn, the lifts are in operation from May to October. In addition to the slopes of Kaprun, this winter sports region offers extensive possibilities on the Maiskogel (1675 m) and the Schmittenhöhe (2000 m) in Zell am See.
In mid-December 2019, the slopes of the Kitzsteinhorn and the Maiskogel will be connected. Piesendorf has a small slope that is ideal for children and beginners. Furthermore, there are many opportunities for ski touring, winter hiking, cross-country skiing and snowshoe hiking.
